V-Star App Now Being Sold By the ECEL Group of Companies
Valuesetters Inc. (OTCQB: VSTR), a technology platform company that provides online games, music, movies and voice/video calling, announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with ECEL Group of Companies (“ECEL”) to distribute its V-Star calling app.
“ECEL is a great addition for us,” stated Valuesetter’s Chief Executive Officer, Manny Teixeira. “They have a unique multi-faceted organization of experts and professionals that bring marketing, distribution and consulting services to products. They are starting with our V-Star calling app, which is available on Google Play, and plan to extend their sales efforts to include our music and movie library.”
The agreement calls for ECEL to receive commissions on each app it sells, and grants ECEL an exclusive on all sales in Ghana, so long as the monthly revenues from Ghana customers exceed $50,000.
